Frequently Asked Questions

What happens to my existing open tickets?

All active tickets will be migrated to the new system with their complete history

Will I need new login credentials?

Yes. Jira requires a separate login to the MD Clarity platform. Please refer to the training link above for more information on how you can sign up

When should I sign up?

We recommend that users sign up to Jira between April 14th and April 20th. Rest assured that all existing tickets will be migrated regardless of when users create an account with Jira

How different is the new interface?

While the interface will look different, we've designed a streamlined experience that maintains familiar workflows. Our training materials will highlight key differences to help you navigate confidently

Will there be any service interruptions?

We anticipate minimal interruption during the transition

Will the support team I work with change?

No. You'll continue working with the same dedicated support specialists who understand your organization's specific needs

Is there any action I need to take before the transition?

No action is required prior to the transition date, but you may create an account in Jira after April 14th. Continue to monitor your email for additional training materials and next steps
