Suzanne is proud to be part of the modernization and simplification of the healthcare revenue cycle. She began her writing journey working for magazines and eventually secured book contracts with publishers like HarperCollins. After beginning work with an RCM solution provider in 2019, she knew she'd found an endlessly fascinating niche.
With a bachelor's degree from Cornell University in Business Management, as well as a master's in American Literature from San Diego State University, Suzanne combines her passion for writing with her drive to make the healthcare industry more transparent and fair for providers and patients. When she's not working, you'll find her hiking, reading, or singing in San Diego, CA, where she lives with her two rescue dogs.
