PayerMonitor is priced based on the number of documents managed and platform usage (questions), with unlimited users included in every plan.
A document refers to any uploaded payer agreement, amendment, fee schedule, or related contract file. Since contracts often span multiple documents, each file is counted individually.
A question is any query asked within PayerMonitor’s AI interface (e.g., “What is the timely filing limit for Aetna?”). Questions power contract exploration, validation, and day-to-day usage.
We’ll notify you as you approach your limits and work with you to upgrade or expand capacity. No surprise charges.
Yes. Plans are designed to scale with your organization. You can upgrade at any time, and we’ll work with you on adjustments as your needs change.
