4. No history of trauma, inflammatory arthritis, or secondary causes for osteoarthritis in the left hip.

5. Symptoms such as stiffness, especially after periods of inactivity, and functional limitation in the left hip are present.

6. Diagnosis is confirmed as primary (idiopathic) osteoarthritis affecting only the left hip.
